The CFDA held their annual Fashion Awards show Monday night in Manhattan which honors the industry's top performers from categories ranging from top designers, styling, leadership, and influencer. The show was hosted by Natasha Lyonne and was attended by a long list of celebrities from Cher, to the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Trevor Noah, Gigi Hadid, Halle Bailey, just to name a few.
Among the many who went home with an award, Emily Adams Bode, was named American Menswear Designer of the Year once again as the designer took home the title last year. Bode started her brand back in 2016 and has been seen on many Pros we have covered including P.J. Tucker, D'Angelo Russell, Deebo Samuel, and many more. Bode went up against designers Jerry Lorenzo of Fear of God, Mike Amiri of Amiri, Thom Browne, and Willy Chavarria. On the women's side, Catherine Holstein of Khaite received the American Womenswear Designer of the Year award beating out Peter Do, Christopher John Rogers, LaQuan Smith, and Gabriela Hearst.
