Born and raised in Los Angeles...
WNBA star Jordin Canada played elite competition from a young age. Dominating the high school scene, she was All-State all four years, won two FILA National Championships and was the No.4 recruit in the nation. Staying close to her roots, she chose to play at UCLA where she made an immediate impact as a starter. She was the PAC-12 Freshman of the year and helped the Bruins capture the WNIT title. A force on both ends of the court, Canada quickly was recognized nationally for her elite vision on the floor that lead to her outstanding assist capabilities.
Her Bruins’ squad continued to develop throughout her four seasons and was ranked Top 10 in the Nation throughout her entire senior season. She walked away from her collegiate career the PAC-12 and UCLA all-time leader in assists among other various conference and University records. Her dominance was recognized on the professional level as the No.5 overall pick in the 2018 WNBA Draft by the Seattle Storm. Her first season in the league was a momentous one for the young rookie, as her team swept the Washington Mystics to win the WNBA Championship.
While Canada is still playing with her style as a professional, she’s made some All-Star selections that have placed her on WNBA's best-dressed lists. Her style tends to reflect her athletic nature with a heavy emphasis on her shoe game. Casual California chic with graphic tees and flannels are often draped in Canada’s wardrobe.
