Born in Powder Springs, GA...
“Small enough to know you, large enough to serve you” is the motto Powder Springs, Georgia, the hometown of Giants’ tight end, Evan Engram. Well, Powder Springs was just big enough to produce three NFL talents, and where Engram earned All-State honors. Sticking to his southern roots, Engram chose the University of Mississippi for his collegiate career. A four-year starter at Ole Miss, he was the first player in school history to earn 4 All-SEC titles.
Engram left the program as the University’s leader in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns by a tight end. His impressive stats in college skyrocketed Engram into top draft class conversations and was eventually picked 23rd overall by the New York Giants. As a rookie, Engram made moves showing he had serious hands. He ranked as one of the most productive rookie tight ends in franchise history. Despite the ups and downs of the Giants’ franchise, Engram has remained one of the most consistent deep threats for the organization.
Comfort is key for Evan’s pregame looks, who tends to make his shoe game a big focus of his looks. As he’s developed in the league, that New York State of mind is becoming more visible in his fits, mostly in his outerwear. Maroon blazers with velvet finishes and perfectly layered trendy jackets have become a staple for this young threat.
