Draymond Jamal Green Sr

Draymond Green was born in Saginaw, Michigan. He won two state championships in high school. He committed to Michigan State after his junior year. At the end of his senior year, Draymond's Trojans ranked fourth in the nation. Entering college, Green was a top 100 player ranked 13th in his position group.
At Michigan State, Draymond played in the National Championship in his freshman year. His sophomore year he won Big Ten Sixth Man of the year honors. By senior year he was one of MSU's most decorated players. Still, he remained under the radar of most pro scouts. In the second round of the 2012 NBA, the Golden State Warriors scooped him up. Draymond was expected to play from the bench. By year's end, he was a starter. In his third year, he became a world champion. 2017 saw Green capture his second NBA title and crowned Defensive Player of the Year in the same season. His third NBA championship came in 2018.
